BenCham PRD farewell to Benjamin Broekman
Dear members & friends,
The Benelux Chamber of Commerce South China has the regret to announce the sad news that Benjamin Broekman passed away unexpectedly on the 15th of September in the Netherlands.
Benjamin has been living over 45 years in China and was well-known in Guangzhou by the Dutch, Benelux, and International community for his joy of living, his energy, and his charismatic smile.
We send our condolences, support and courage to his family and wife, Petra van der Vegt, a founding member of the BenCham PRD.
For the people who knew him, the Nederlandse Vereniging Guangzhou (NVG) is organizing this Tuesday, 22nd of September, at 6 pm, a memorial evening at Morgan’s in Zhujiang New Town (Guangzhou) during which Benjamin’s funerals in Rotterdam will be retransmitted online.
We will miss you but your smile & memory will remain forever in our hearts.
